Matt won several awards for his cooking at The Queens in St Ives where his punchy popular dishes quickly drew in locals and visitors alike. At The Packet, Matt packs the menu full of local produce:

The Penzance Brewing Company at Crowlas provide on tap Pale Ale Potion no 9 and Brisons Bitter.
